Dagenham Park School review their recent NASA trip

Hira Tallat, Head of Physics at Dagenham Park School took the time to send us some great feedback about their March school trip to NASA, check out the highlights below...

Amazing! Awesome! Absolutely worth it! These were the words my students used to describe this trip. Educating Adventures staff are dedicated to ensuring our safety, comfort and enjoyment! EA has excellent customer service on and off ground. They will help you all the way! They help make NASA a reality for our students, a trip full of learning experience, fun activities and lasting memories for all of us!

Julia Fraizer was very helpful and always replied on time and ensured that we got what we wanted. Also she was able to make changes when we needed. The planning went smoothly as we had a lot of guidance from EA.She did everything that was possible to help us plan this trip with ease. The planning resources were very useful! The powerpoint and the spreadsheet are useful too. Also the itinerary, price quotes is very handy when talking to Head teacher and parents about the trip.

The accommodation was excellent, very clean, and cleaned every day. Staff were very friendly. The hotel was easy to get to and was suitable for large number of students that we had. The coach was ready for us when we arrived and it was always on time. The transport was available to get us back to the hotel. The food was very good. Activities were 10/10.

They were friendly, helpful and always very proactive! They got on really well with all the students and had good presence throughout the trip. The students respected them. We actually got lots of gifts as well. From our Ground reps! Also from EA, thank you for the flowers and chocolates when we arrived back home! The Reps gave us leaving presents and rewarded our best students with a gift card! It was very thoughtful. It also made our students see how welcoming the Reps were. The Reps made the trip more lively and entertaining as well.

I would definitely recommend the services of EA and I already have! The trip met our expectations, the best part was the Kennedy Space Centre, Universal Studios and Go-karting. I will do this trip again whether I am in the same school or not. I think it was a fantastic trip and I felt I was in good hands at all times. I felt safe with large number of students and the fact Reps were staying with us made me feel so much more at ease. The planning was brilliant I was informed of each day and activity in advance. I was also very happy with Julie helping me organise the trip. Moreover, The reps made us feel welcomed, safe and they were helping us all the way to accommodate the changing needs. Only thing to change would be, if I did the trip again I would make it slightly longer as I packed too much in the short amount of time.

Julie is very helpful and like I said before Amazing at what she does! She made this trip possible with her awesome dedication even in her days off she was able to help us! She was always very polite and tried to help us even when we changed things last minute. Also the Reps are asset to the company! They are amazing at what they do and they make the trip come alive for the students. Michael is very informed, energetic friendly, excellent with students, communicates really well and he is very brilliant at what he does. Also we asked for a cake, it was with already ready the next day! They make a great team and helped the teachers a lot!
