International Bookings For 2022 & 2023
Now is the time to start booking! With plenty of pent up demand for international travel and less airlines servicing international routes it is imperative that you book 12 months in advance to secure reasonable airfares.
Once your school has given the approval to start planning your trip then get in touch with us and we will put together your custom designed itinerary. We are also happy to provide a quote so you can gain the required approvals and gauge interest from students and families without any financial commitment.
When you are ready to commit we will work on a payment plan which reduces risk. In normal circumstances only a small deposit is required to secure flights and in demand activities and accommodation.
Flexible options:
Cancel any tour 12 months or more before your scheduled departure date and we will provide a full refund of any deposit paid*
Cancel any tour between 90 days and 12 months before departure and we will provide a full refund less GBP395 per paying traveller for international tours*
If your tour is cancelled within 89 days of your departure date there is no refund. Please check with your travel insurance provider for cancellation terms.
*If your package includes an a specific component where the cancellation terms fall outside of parameters we will discuss this with you before confirming with the relevant supplier. Refunds will only be paid on the basis that they are received in full from the relevant supplier and only if your school/college/RPA government-backed indemnity insurance will not cover your claim.
Covid-19
If your tour is cancelled within 89 days of your departure date due to border closures and government restrictions you will receive a full refund less:
Covid-19 protection only applies when your departure date of your tour falls within the no refund period. Refunds will only be paid on the basis that they are received in full from the relevant supplier and only if your school/college/RPA government-backed indemnity insurance will not cover your claim.
